What to eat with hummus?

Ingredients :

  • 250 grams of hummus
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 10 grams of capers
  • 10 grams of feta
  • Bell pepper
  • Onion
  • Clove garlic
  • 3 spoons of crème fraîche
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Time required: 10 minutes.

Preparation :

  1. Cut the onions, peppers and garlic. Preferably in small pieces.
  2. Brown the onions and garlic in a pan with oil over medium heat. Then add the peppers, then cover and cook for 10 minutes. But be careful not to set the fire too high so as not to burn everything.
  3. Mix everything with 3 spoons of crème fraîche, 1 spoon of olive oil, salt and pepper.
