De exacte oorsprong van deze verspreiding is echter nog steeds onzeker: maar liefst 7 landen claimen het!<\/p>\n<p>De reputatie van dit recept heeft continenten doorkruist! Er zijn nieuwe versies verschenen met gegrilde paprika, gekarameliseerde uien en zelfs bieten<\/p>\n<h3>De (vele) voordelen ervan<\/h3>\n<p>En effet, les pois-chiches sont particuli\u00e8rement riches en fibres ainsi qu&#8217;en prot\u00e9ines, en plus d&#8217;avoir un effet coupe- faim.
