De pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence en petit morceaux.<\/li>\n<li>Faites revenir les oignons et l&#8217;ail dans une po\u00eale avec de l&#8217;huile \u00e0 feu moyen. Puis rajoutez les poivrons, puis couvrez et laissez cuire 10 minutes. Mais attention \u00e0 ne pas mettre le feu trop fort pour ne pas br\u00fbler le tout.<\/li>\n<li>Mixez le tout avec 3 cuill\u00e8res de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche,1 cuill\u00e8re d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive, du sel et du poivre.<\/li>\n<li>Schik de hummus op een bord.
