Mixez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement si vous souhaitez avoir des morceaux dans le houmous. Sinon, mixez jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 l&#8217;obtention d&#8217;une poudre.<\/li>\n<li>Ajoutez les pois chiches \u00e9goutt\u00e9es au pr\u00e9alable. Puis mixez. Ne jetez pas l&#8217;eau des pois chiches mais gardez l\u00e0 pour remplacer les blancs d&#8217;oeufs dans vos plats<\/li>\n<li>Ajoutez l&#8217;huile de colza, puis le jus de citron.<\/li>\n<li>Add salt to your liking.<\/li>\n<li>Arrange the hummus in a bowl or plate. Sprinkle with pomegranate, a few whole chickpeas and mint. There you go, your hummus without tahini is ready<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Why without tahini?<\/h2>\n<p>Tahini or even tahin, tahina, tehina or tahini is <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Tahini\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sesame seed paste<\/a>. En effet, ce sont simplement des graines de s\u00e9same broy\u00e9es auxquelles on rajoute de l&#8217;eau et un peu d&#8217;huile.\u00a0Cette cr\u00e8me a de nombreux bienfaits nutritionnels comme l&#8217;apport en calcium par exemple ou encore en phosphore.<\/p>\n<h2>But\u2026<\/h2>\n<p>N\u00e9anmoins, le tahini est aussi un grand allerg\u00e8ne. En effet, le s\u00e9same fait parti des allerg\u00e8nes les plus courants et cette allergie est bien plus fr\u00e9quente qu&#8217;on ne le pense! De plus, il est impossible de trouver du s\u00e9same en France.
